How is PRO V different from other virtual assistant firms?
PRO V is a boutique executive virtual assistant firm. While many other VA businesses allow their assistants to work with 10 or more clients, we only place 3 to 4 clients with each of our VAs. This allows you to receive the attention that you deserve as a client, as well as ensure the VA can properly develop a close relationship with you and your team.
What is a dedicated assistant?
Each of our packages includes a dedicated executive virtual assistant (VA). You will work directly with your VA on a one-to-one basis and submit tasks directly to them. Over time, your VA will grow to know you, your business, and your preferences, while also learning how to anticipate your needs.
Where are your VAs located?
All of our VAs live in the US, but service clients all over the world. You will be able to choose an assistant that works in the time zone of your preference: East Coast (EST + CST) or West Coast (PST + MST).
What is the Branded Email feature?
Branded Email is a little addition that makes a huge difference. This feature allows your assistant to send and receive emails from your domain instead of their @provsolutions.com address. This also adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that your assistant is in-house when desired. This feature is complimentary for all plans.
What are your hours?
ProV VAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend, and your VA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
What holidays do you observe?
ProV observes major US holidays. We will be closed on these occasions during the 2017 calendar year.

I saw that you offer onsite event coordination services.
Unlike other VA companies, we are available to be onsite for events. Availability is not guaranteed and requests must be submitted to the assistant at least two months in advance. Day rates are available upon request.
Can you make purchases on my behalf?
Yes! We can place orders, make purchases, and schedule payments safely and securely. You can read more ProV's security measures and policies here.
To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, we advise that you have your VA collect this information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe and secure. At ProV, we are committed to the security of your account.
Can you keep my inbox organized?
You know it! Delegating your inbox for your assistant to read, send, and delete messages on your behalf is a great way to stay on top of email and keep your inbox organized.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Each client will receive $25 off their next month's bill if the referral signs up as a new client.
Do my hours roll over?
As a monthly membership service, our clients subscribe to PRO V for the ability to retain a U.S.-based executive virtual assistant. As a membership subscription, plan hours do not roll over. You are able to upgrade your plan level at any time during your billing cycle. Downgrades to a lower plan level can only occur at the end of each billing cycle.
